CD4043BE SR tri-state latch / logic chip
The CD4043BE is a quad cross-coupled 3-state CMOS NOR latch. It contains four independent bistable latches, each capable of storing a single bit of information (0 or 1). The outputs can be tri-stated, allowing multiple devices to share a common data line without interference.
